Suiyuan

"随缘SUIYUAN" means following all kinds of karma. To put it more bluntly, SUIYUAN means let it be. This concept originates from Buddhism, a seemingly negative but positive attitude towards life, not demanding or forcing everything. The natural landscape in the state of SUIYUAN presents a calmness in line with this concept. The simple lines and consistent colors seem to be a utopia of this era.

The world is in a period of chaos, anxiety, restlessness, and stress everywhere. This chaos is manifested in every detail of life, in every scene. The human perspective on the world has changed as well. "SUIYUAN" explores the connection between people and nature. Through the eyes of different people, nature is observed and contemplated. In different eyes, the quiet nature takes on a new tone and state. Is it a continuation or a break from the state of SUIYUAN? These images give me the answer.

The double exposure superimposes harmoniously on the distinct images. Nature is forced to exist in the form of a background. Compared to the human eye, the sea, the sand and the plant is less present but not negligible. With the eye, the human organ that represents vision, a dialogue between man and nature takes place in a new form.
